ABOUT US

About Salary Converter Tool
Salary Converter Tool was created to solve a problem that thousands of expats, job seekers, and remote workers face every year: understanding what a salary offer actually means in take-home pay.
When you receive a job offer in Germany, the UK, or the Netherlands, the gross number on the contract tells you very little. After income tax, health insurance, pension contributions, and other deductions, your actual monthly pay can be €500–€800 lower than expected. We built this site to make that calculation simple, fast, and transparent.
Who We Are
My name is [muneeb tariq]. I created Salary Converter Tool in 2026 after
I have spent considerable time researching European tax systems, salary benchmarks, and cost of living data across Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, and Spain — and this site is the result of that research.
What We Cover

Salary calculators for Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, and Spain
Salary after tax breakdowns for common salary levels in each country
Career salary guides covering professions like software engineering, medicine, finance, and engineering
Cost of living guides to help you understand whether a salary is liveable in your target city

Our Data Sources
The salary figures and tax estimates on this site are based on publicly available information from official sources including national tax authorities, government statistical agencies (such as Destatis in Germany and the ONS in the UK), and published salary surveys. All figures are estimates — we strongly recommend using our tools for initial planning and consulting a local tax advisor for precise calculations.
Our Commitment
We update our content regularly to reflect current tax rates and salary data. All our tools are free to use, with no registration required.
